Hi and welcome to Furever Home Finders!
We are so happy that you have decided to adopt from a rescue. Like many other rescues we are very particular on who we place these wonderful dogs with. They come from unimaginable abuse and neglect and therefore it is our responsibility to assure this home will not only be kind, understanding, loving and patient but that you will be this dogs last home, his "furever home."
All of our dogs are pulled from puppy mills, abusive homes, abandoned in empty homes or barns, tied to trees and left to die, or left in crates to meet what ever fate comes their way. None of our dogs are bred for income and all rescue dogs are spayed, neutered and current on Rabies and wormed.
We place our dogs in foster care and many times have to teach the dog how to live in a home. (Walk on tile, climb stairs, the sounds of vacuums, T.V and things we take for granted)
These dogs take work and patience, but when all is said and done, the love and loyalty you get back is 10 fold. This takes a special person to adopt a rescue dog, if you feel you can do this please fill out an application today!
All dogs are spayed/neutered at time of adoption. All dogs must be returned to us for the length of its life if the adoption doesn't work out.
